LiveAgent Performance Status Page

Welcome to the LiveAgent status page. We use this page to communicate any issues with our products including planned and unplanned outages, basically anything urgent regarding our customer's accounts.

Note: We're currently dependant on a 3rd party server provider (Linode) which will be running security patches in the next 1-4 weeks starting January 12th, 2018.  Their team is working with vendors and own engineers to determine the implications for all platforms, but the expectation is that a fleet-wide reboot will be necessary to protect against these issues.These actions may lead to degraded performance at the time when servers are restarted for each specific client. Each outage/performance degradation should not last more than 1-2 hours.

*Planned infrastructure upgrade Q1 2018: To improve the performance of our services, we've decided to invest heavily in our own server infrastructure. This will lead to drastic performance improvement and will allow us to plan patches, restarts and updates to avoid outages during main business hours of our clients.

Past Incidents

February 24, 2018 - 00:50 (UTC+2), customers hosted on the US data center may have encountered a short downtime or slowness.

February 19, 2018 - 17:40 (UTC+2), some of our customers may have experienced a degraded performance on their accounts (Texas).

February 19, 2018 - 15:40 (UTC+2), some of our customers may have encountered a short account unavailability caused by ''account suspended'' notice (London/Frankfurt).

February 16, 2018 - 10:00 (UTC+2), some of our customers may have encountered a short downtime or slowness caused by Linode connectivity issues (London/Frankfurt).

January 24, 2018 - 09:14 (UTC+2), some of our customers may have encountered a short downtime or slowness from 09:14 - 09:54 (UTC+2) caused by Linode connectivity issues (London/Frankfurt).

January 22, 2018 - 16:15 (UTC+2), some of our customers may have encountered a short downtime between 16:35 - 16:45 (UTC+2) caused by migration of databases.

January 19, 2018 - 09:45 (UTC+2), our server provider will start restarting some of our servers to run a security patch, which may lead to degraded performance of some customers and some requests not being processed.

January 17, 2018 - Our US customers occurred downtime which lasted appx. 3 hours between 2:11 until 5:24 (UTC+2). We apologise for the inconvenience.

January 16, 2018 - Till 18:00 (UTC+2), our server provider will start restarting some of our servers to run a security patch, which may lead to degraded performance of some customers and some requests not being processed.

January 12, 2018 - At 11:00 (UTC+2), our server provider will start restarting some of our servers to run a security patch, which may lead to degraded performance of some customers and some requests not being processed.

January 11, 2018 - Several servers were restarted by our server provider during the day to install security patches, which lead to degraded performance for a small part of our customers.
