LiveAgent Performance Status Page

Welcome to the LiveAgent status page. We use this page to communicate any issues with our products including planned and unplanned outages, basically anything urgent regarding our customer's accounts.

Note: We're currently dependant on a 3rd party server provider (Linode) which will be running security patches in the next 1-4 weeks starting January 12th, 2018.  Their team is working with vendors and own engineers to determine the implications for all platforms, but the expectation is that a fleet-wide reboot will be necessary to protect against these issues.These actions may lead to degraded performance at the time when servers are restarted for each specific client. Each outage/performance degradation should not last more than 1-2 hours.

*Planned infrastructure upgrade Q1 2018: To improve the performance of our services, we've decided to invest heavily in our own server infrastructure. This will lead to drastic performance improvement and will allow us to plan patches, restarts and updates to avoid outages during main business hours of our clients.
