[Small Feature request] In ticket list, add a seperator between subject and content

Hi,<br /> In ticket list, currently, there are no separator between ticket subject and ticket body content. So it is a little difficult to distinguish between them.<br /> Here are my two cents:<br /> 1/ Add a separator like &quot;|&quot;<br /> 2/ Make subject bold<br /> I think it is a small update but will really benefit users. I really hope LiveAgent will implement all of my ideas.
