Slack Integration Upgrade

Slack Integration is great, however it's mostly useless. I love that I immediately know when we have a new ticket, but the lack of details in the ticket are awful. I'd live to see a very simple and easy upgrade to this. Instead of:

LiveAgent APP A *new ticket* TOK-WNASR-113 has been created in department 'Helpdesk'

I'd love to see the actual ticket details. Knowing where the ticket was created, and making it clickable is awesome. The problem is that when I get a slack notification on my phone in the middle of the night, I do not want to have to be tapping around to see if the problem is urgent or can wait until the morning.
