Can I translate LiveAgent for Quality Unit

Yes, we accept translators to submit their own translations. Usually, translators want to:
  • A) Submit a new language translation
  • B) Edit/Update current translation

Submitting New Translations

First, please contact our online support to see if we need the new language translation (there might already be someone working on it). If we do, we would let you know and you can register a free trial version of LiveAgent at www.ladesk.com which can be extended to 30-days. In this time you are supposed to create the translation. The translation has to be done at least to 98%. If you do not translate it in 30 days and there is no progress in your work the free trial account will be suspended (unless you upgrade it to a paid version). If there is any progress in the translation and you simply need more time, we will extend the trial period by a few more days.

Editing/Updating translation

The first step here is to contact our support and consult your suggestions. If the suggestions are approved, we will guide you through the translation process and will give you 30 days to do so.

Compensation

Compensation for translation services is based on individual agreement, usually in form of LiveAgent credit or discount.
