Send an email notification to (poke) other agents

Can I send an email notification to a fellow agent without reassigning the entire ticket? Like "An agent has requested your attention on ticket <ticket>".

Thanks but we already have such a rule..<br /> What I'm asking for is a button to send a notification NOW, on demand. I made a sketch to show what I mean.

Unfortunately no, that is not currently possible. If the agent has already written something in the ticket, you can click on the small dot next to his name and internal-chat message will pop-up with the ticket ID in his agent panel, but nothing in regard to email notifications.
