View full email content in agent ticket email

Hello,<br /> I am trying to update the agent ticket email template to show the whole message rather than a preview. The variable for preview is $conversationPreview, but I am unable to find a variable to show the whole message.<br /> <br /> Is this possible, and how do we do that?<br /> Thank you!

Thank you for your response. I am referring to the Agent Email template - the one an agent receives when a ticket is created or responded to.
