One suggestion would be to show the count of tickets that have not yet been placed with status: RESOLVED within a folder (filter), sometimes there are tickets to be treated but since everything is 0, it is more difficult to remember only if a recipient responds.<br /> <br /> Thanks,<br /> <br /> Santos
