How to Disable 'Start chat again' function in Chat Window

By default, customers have an option to start a new chat directly from the previous chat via the 'Start chat again' function:



While you are not able to disable this function directly in your agent panel, you can hide it via the following CSS:

.StartChatPanel {
display: none;
}

1. In your Agent panel, navigate to Configuration > Chat > Chat buttons > Edit > Chat window > scroll down a bit, then select Custom CSS > place the CSS from above > click Apply > then Save.

2. Now the visitors will not be able to start a new chat from the old one:
