To solve button

In LiveAgent Admins can choose if Agents will be able to answer tickets from the "All tickets" list or if they will be able to answer tickets from "To solve button" only. If solving tickets is turned on, "To solve button" (next to yout profile name and picture) will be automatically shown with the number of tickets that are waiting for Agent to be answered.


How to setup that agents can answer tickets opened from 'To solve' button only

Step 1: Navigate to Configuration>Agents and click on Edit

Step 2: In the new window navigate to the Departments section>Check "Can answer tickets opened from "To solve button" only and click Save
