Hello there, you can use the Rules engine https://www.ladesk.com/features/rules for any automation you'd like, including sending automatic answers/auto responders on customer emails/tickets.

I didn't find my answer in https://www.ladesk.com/features/rules.
I would set rule like.
When customer send a message, system auto response a message again.
like a bot system.
I can not find [Apply When] is reveive message in add rule screen.

please help me
