Password reset for customer

That really should be an option in the admin area to allow in the back end to change the password for the person. There are isntances where no matter if they whitelist the ladesk email they do not get it. Usually happens with scglobal or other private email servers Sometimes with yahhoo and hotmail as well. Just having an email to reset really shouldn't be the only option. <br /> I don't know what your support desk woulld do in an instance like this when they whitelabled added to contacts teh incoming email and it's still not showing up.
